Electrolyte Filtration System

The new electrolyte filtration system uses an inclined sealed concrete pit designed to collect and neutralize the dangerous chemicals found in the contaminated waste.

The system works by filtering and recycling in a completely closed loop while recovering residual radioactive material suspended in the liquid electrolyte.

By initiating and standardizing this process, we create a means of achieving true zero waste.
