Lucky Colours

One of the jewels of South-East Asia, Thailand is renowned as a country of vibrant colours.

Colour itself holds deep cultural significance here, often rooted in ancient religious traditions.

Until relatively recently, for example, people preferred to dress in that day’s lucky colour – Friday’s was light blue, with dark blue or black garments seen as unlucky.
