Sexual Harassment Policy

Sexual harassment is not tolerated in the workplace.

Therefore, Willard, Jameson & Associates has adopted a zero-tolerance policy toward such transgressions. 

Sexual harassment includes unwanted advances, requests or demands for sexual favours, or any other physical or verbal behaviour that is sexual in nature.

No one, from interns to partners, is exempt from this policy.

If you have experienced sexual harassment, no matter how subtle, we ask that you report it to our HR department.
