As a loyal West Hove season ticket holder, welcome back to London Stadium for our upcoming campaign.

With 90,000 fans in attendance at every game—record numbers!

For the first time ever, our season tickets have replaced NFC paper tickets with electronic ones.

NFC stands for Near-field communication, which is a way of using your smartphone as an electronic ticket.

In the email from Ticket Office, you need to select Apple or Android and add your Season Ticket to your wallet or Google Pay.

If you use an Apple device, once the app is opened, you’ll see a preview of your NFC ticket. To add it to your wallet automatically moving forward, select ‘UK’ in the top right corner.

Android users will be prompted to scan their NFC tag through the Google Pay app.

When you arrive at the Stadium, your NFC (nearfield communication) ticket should automatically show on your phone to be scanned by the reader.

If you upgrade a concession Season Ticket, log in to your account and add it from the ticket page.
