Alcohol/Drug Policy

In the wrong hands motor graders can be deadly; their operation requires proper training and technique.

Because employee safety is our first priority, we must adhere to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use. Any employee found to be operating a motor grader or any other company machine under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be subject to disciplinary action, not discounting summary dismissal.
